Return & Refund Policy

At BitByBit, we want you to love every tiny detail of your new miniature world. If your DIY journey isn’t off to a perfect start, we are here to help. Our policy lasts 30 days from the date your package arrives at your doorstep.

1. Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in. Because of the nature of DIY kits:

  • The kit must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • All wooden sheets, paper accessories, and LED components must be intact and in their original sealed bags.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. How to Start a Return

If you need to return an item, please contact us first at info@bitbybitkits.com.

  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  • Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Damaged or Missing Pieces (Our BitByBit Guarantee)

Did a piece arrive broken? Is a tiny accessory missing from the box? Don't worry. You don't need to return the whole kit. Simply email us at info@bitbybitkits.com with:

  1. Your order number.
  2. A photo of the damaged part or the manual page indicating the missing piece. We will ship out replacement parts from our Texarkana facility free of charge to ensure you can finish your masterpiece.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@bitbybitkits.com.
